MARCHING FOR PEACE FOR HAITI
LET US ALL BE ONE PEOPLE
Haiti had a great history. Haiti needs a new direction. Let us be the example!
Two women, Marie Yvrose Celestin and Sabine Philippe were casually conversing about the situation in Haiti on March 25, 2021, and Sabine told Yvrose, I am going to organize a march in DC to denounce the violence on women, children, mothers, and innocent people. We, the women of Haiti, have to get involved in this mess now, this is our era.
Yvrose ran with the idea and said to Sabine, let me connect you to two men who have the same idea. Ernst Vilsaint and Jean Garry Astrel came on the phone line and the rest is history. VOIHLA, Inc., and HaitiBrigade, Inc., rallied a coalition of Haitian organizations and associations around the USA and abroad to partake in and embark on a great cause: "LET HAITI BREATHE!"
The vision of this movement is three-fold:
1. In the short-term, organize a march inside the capital of the world to denounce the daily violence happening in Haiti which has gone unnoticed by the world media and cohorts, and identify the culprits and demand a return to Law and Order in Haiti immediately.
2. In the mid-term, demand that the Haitian diaspora (as one voice, one people), be part of any or all decisions relating to matters of Haiti, and become the driving forces behind the changes to occur in Haiti.
3. In the long-term, elevate Haiti, elevate every single Haitian, and develop a 25-year plan to put Haiti back on track and become the voice of Haiti eternally, under one umbrella chartered in all 50 States and abroad.

WHAT WILL THE BENEFIT BE?
A better Haiti for all Haitians!
Then, in 1804, we were the pioneers in defending civil rights on the planet ...today we cannot defend our own civil rights...
